Why I am meant to be a coach

I am all about love. Helping you to feel purpose and love in your life is my purpose.

Coaching is an amazing gift. It has the ability to help you move forward. Through coaching, you will see you are all you need to be.

You will understand all that negative mind-chatter is not you. You will be reintroduced to you – the real you.

"Coaching with Patsy has made me feel better about myself, I have less self-doubt. I feel stronger and am better able to speak up for myself.  I also have taken control of my life, rather than allowing it to be controlled by others.

I definitely recommend you give coaching with Patsy a try. I believe you would gain so much, just like I have."

My Journey

I've been there.

I started my career as a legal secretary, and woke up one day and asked, “is this it”?

I felt unfulfilled in my job and turned to my beautiful mother who advised me to go and study something.  I went and studied accounting.  Firstly, as a hobby and then turned it into my next career.  I had to start again at the bottom of the ladder.  I worked hard and climbed the ladder and did very well. However, it was at a cost.  I put my job first – missing out on many areas of my life.  The higher I climbed, the harder I worked but unfortunately the lower my confidence got.

I was climbing fast and received promotions before I believed I deserved them. I often felt out of my depth, thinking I was not good enough. This was despite the fact I always received high praise from my bosses. I felt it was only a matter of time before someone blew my cover.

One day it was just got too much.  Especially after my beautiful mother was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s. I broke down at work. I felt totally overwhelmed.

I knew I needed help and turned to a life coach.

My coach set me on my journey to transform my life.

I started to see what was important to me and what I needed to change in my life.  My coach helped me see I was trying to do too much on my own.  Asking for help was a big problem for me, I felt it was a sign of weakness. Through coaching, I learned it was ok to ask for help and I became aware of the large support group I had around me. I recognised the negative mind-chatter that had been holding me back and keeping me small. My coach showed me how to manage it.

My self-belief grew.

Today I am in love with life.

I give thanks every day. Being a life coach is so aligned with who I am – it is what I am meant to do. I am firmly on my path. I may wander off at times for a brief moment, but I quickly find my way back.

Let me remind you
